All of our Retreats introduce and develop mindfulness and meditation practice, where we balance introspection with outward looking perspectives, connecting with others and restoring our energies. Through meditation and being in nature we increase our awareness of what it means to be human. We learn about ourselves, our emotions, our thinking and behaviour more deeply and to achieve this a place of security, calmness and predictability is required. We aim to provide this in the context of comfortable surroundings, great Hotels and Refuges and some special food and people.
On each Retreat the learnings are down-to-earth and practical so that you will acquire a set of take-home skills to apply in your daily lives and deepen into yourself. There are always teachers on hand to support guests individually. We aim to keep the Retreats light, fun and as much outdoor time as weather allows. In all our Retreats we keep an intention to Balance, Restore and Connect:

- Connect with other people to explore together the skills of inner awareness and share some of the insights which arise from this clarity.
The Mindful Hiking Retreat is exactly what its name suggests; lots of hiking through the Monterosa staying at mountain refuges with mindfulness teachings and meditation along the way. This is a true revealing journey through the mountains in both a physical and personal sense and the mountain scenery is awesome. It is suitable for those with some hiking experience.
The Mountain Yoga Retreat is based at a beautiful hotel in Champoluc and has a full schedule of daily Yoga in and outdoors. Corrine Favre, a wonderful teacher, fuses many styles of yoga into a dynamic form and also includes more gentle yin style sessions and mantras. We will venture into the lower hills, alongside rivers and in forests around the village to practice invigorating Yoga with a focus on the Chakra’s and connecting with the energies of Nature. Suitable for beginners and those with Yoga experience.
The Mindfulness Refuge Retreats are a week of immersion in learning about mindfulness and practicing meditation. You will stay at a comfortable mountain refuge, Vieux Crest, perched high above the village of Champoluc. The scenery is amazing with views of the Matterhorn readily available. Early morning meditation practice and gentle stretching and movement is offered before we take to the forests, alongside mountain streams and below mountain peaks learning to experience the energies of Nature and the outdoors.
