This 6-day Mindful Hiking Retreat moves through the Monterosa and covers some beautiful mountain terrain, forest trails and views of the higher placed glaciers, the Matterhorn and the Monte Rosa Range. The routes are easy to medium graded and suited to walkers in good physical shape and used to walking over hilly rough terrain. There will be guided meditations and mindfulness teaching along the way.
