Corinne was born and grew up in the mountains of Aosta Valley. From her childhood she experienced a deep connection to nature and outdoor activities has always represented a great source of peace and well-being.
In 2000 she discovered yoga practice and the integration between yoga and mountain life has come naturally. To bring yoga into her community she created the association The Hub Champoluc and a project called ‘Yogamonterosa’, to experience yoga in the mountains.
Her education started in 2005 with Maria Paola Grilli at the Iyengar Yoga Studio in Turin. She deepened the practice of this method for several years at the Iyengar Yoga Institute (2008, Poona, India) and with Swami Rudra Dev in Rishikesh (2009-2010). In 2009 she completed her yoga teacher training in Milan with the guide of Alexandra Van Oosterum.
Moving for a period to Canada, she studied at Kripalu Centre Yoga, in Massachusset, USA, where she integrated her way of practising with different styles and inspirations. From 2016 she has been studying foot reflexology with Michelangelo Chiecchi, with a particular attention to nutrition and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
In her lessons she tries to be a loving guide to her students, always listening to their subtle feedback, inspiring them to open the door to the great potential that lives inside every human being.
